How to make a large format PDF from AutoCAD with Acrobat Distiller?
A - answer There are problems with large paper sizes from Distiller. Either print your file to .PS format first (through a PostScript device driver, setting a Custom paper size) and then distill the .PS file to .PDF; or use an alternative PDF driver (like www.pdf995.com or PDF Factory); or - better yet - use a file format which is much more suitable for large format output - DWF (with free 'DWF Viewer' and free 'DWF Writer'), see www.autodesk.com/dwf and Tip 2027 (compare DWF and PDF).
