If you want to load your .LSP applications into every AutoCAD session, add them (either by copy/paste or by invoking the (load "myApp.lsp") command) to your ACAD.LSP (or ACADDOC.LSP) file (use a text editor, e.g. Notepad).

NB: ACAD.LSP is loaded only in the first session unless you have ACADLSPASDOC set to 1.

In AutoCAD LT (2024+) you can use the ACADLTDOC.LSP file for this autoloading process.

Or - in a simpler way - use the 'StartUp Suite' in the APPLOAD dialog. You can even just drag your LSP file from Windows Explorer to the Briefcase icon in the APPLOAD dialog.
