Q - question

Simply add your own tools to a Tool Palette.

A - answer Tool Palettes offer an easy and convenient way of inserting standard content to your drawings. But you can also add your own tools to the Tool Palettes in a similar simple way - just by dragging from a drawing.

Click on any drawing object, let's say green circle in the TREES layer. Grips are shown. Now click again on this entity and keeping your mouse button pressed, drag this object to a intended place in an opened (Ctrl+3) tool palette. A new tool reflecting the properties of the dragged object (color, layer, linetype, etc.) is now inserted in your palette, including a tool preview (icon). You can use this process for blocks, texts, dimensions, hatches, etc.

In a similar way you can also drag functions from existing toolbars to your tool palettes.
