A 3D solid of "elliptic sphere" can be made in AutoCAD e.g. with the Revolve command.

First draw a half of the contour ellipse (_ARC, or _ELLIPSE and _TRIM), connect its endpoints (future axis) and join it in one polyline. Now rotate this profile around the axis using the REVOLVE command.

You can also use a 3D sphere, make a block from it and then insert this block with uneven scale (X-Y-Z).
