How to add center-line symbol in AutoCAD texts?

A - answer In the MText editor click with your right mouse button and select Symbol > Center Line (CL, ). Make sure you are using a text font containing this unicode glyph.

You can also type "q" with the GDT.SHX font to enter the centerline symbol.

You can also enter flowline and borderline symbols in this way.
