Exception: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (menu_yyparse)

The converted menu file has probably wrong internal structure. E.g. the individual menu items may share non-unique ID/Names, missing Menugroup name, improperly used <- ...

Fix your .mnu/.mns file and retry the conversion into CUI.
