If you encounter this error trying to print/plot from AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, Design Review or other Windows application, you need to fix a faulty printer driver or printer service installed on your computer.

You can find detailed information on Microsoft support site (KB810894).

If this problem occurs when installing a new printer/plotter, try to stop the spooler manually (net stop spooler) and restart it after the installation (net start spooler).
