Ctrl+V pastes rotated text.

A - answer Pasting text from the Clipboard can insert the text in a rotated orientation, if you are using a rotated user coordinate system (UCS) and UCSFOLLOW. The Paste function on text inserts the text always in the world coordinate system (WCS).
