How can I stop my operators using the Perpendicular osnap?

A - answer You can use the Xanadu SysVarLock reactor to prevent given osnap modes.

See Tip 4241.

For the PER osnap lockout, add "OSMODE" (zerop (logand ? 128)) to your file.
