Verbose listing of FlexLM errors.

Using the diagnostic mode you can get a verbose listing of licensing errors which might occur trying to obtain a license from the Autodesk license server (AdLM, FLEXlm, FlexNet).

You can enable the diagnostic mode by setting the system environment variable FLEXLM_DIAGNOSTICS to the value 3. Environment variables can be set in Windows - System Properties > Advanced > Environment variables > System.

The diagnostic mode creates log files named as flexXXX.log (where XXX is a number). Revit creates these log files in the Journals folder, Inventor uses its Bin folder, AutoCAD applications use typically the Documents folder.
