When opening a drawing in AutoCAD I get a foreign language font warning:
A language pack might be required to display the text in the drawing correctly. Do you want to open the drawing anyway?

The drawing was probably saved under a codepage which is not supported on your PC. Either ignore this message or install the required language support (pack, typically asian languages) for your Windows operating system.
