AutoCAD Civil 3D does not allow to rotate the automatic profile view (graph of the terrain profile) - i.e. the AECC_PROFILE_VIEW object.

If you want to display your profile view aligned (rotated), use a separate viewport in a layout (paperspace) and rotate its contents - e.g. with the ALIGNSPACE command or by other ways described in the tip 3249.
