Q - question

What are the DWG blocks of the type ACAD_FREEWAY_COMPONENT?

A - answer An AutoCAD DWG drawing containing blocks named e.g. ACAD_FREEWAY_COMPONENT_1 was probably saved from the 3D application Autodesk Inventor Fusion.

A reference of any of the blocks ACAD_FREEWAY_COMPONENT contains a 3D solid of an individual component of the 3D model from Inventor Fusion (e.g. imported from STEP). By exploding these blocks you get standard AutoCAD 3D solids. You need to keep these Freeway blocks to round-trip your data back to Fusion.
