Files with the extension .123d (and similarly .123c) are stored from the CAD application "Autodesk 123D".

Internally, these files are just 3D DWG files - so can rename them to .dwg to open them in the latest version of AutoCAD. Similar DWG files are stored from Inventor Fusion.
