The function "Spin Triangle Face" (MESHSPIN) works only with 3D objects of the type Mesh, composed from triangular faces. In these neighbouring faces you can swap their common edge.

On a meshed regular object composed from quad faces you can use the command MESHSPLIT with the Vertex option to create triangular faces.

The MeshSpin function is intended mainly for irregular objects, to solve boundary shapes.
