Q - question

3D print (export) in the STL format is 10x smaller than the 3D model.

A - answer If your 3D print from Inventor (STL file export) creates models that are 10x smaller than the modelled parts, you are using wrong units or scale.

In the 3D Print (Send to 3D printing service) dialog, set the scale 1.00 (1:1) and the same units as in the part modelling environment. E.g. if you use millimeters as Inventor modelling units (the default for metric), use the Options button in the STL export to set the export also to millimeters (not the default centimeters).
