If you need to convert special "Point" objects (COGO points) in AutoCAD Civil 3D to standard blocks with attributes (point number, elevation), you can use the command AeccConvertPointsToSdskPoints (ribbon Default > Create terrain > Points > Create blocks from COGO points).

This command converts the selected points (group, window...) to standard AutoCAD block references (instances) - you can either use your existing, custom defined block, or the command creates a new, default block.
