AutoCAD 360 (Mobile; online cloud version) offers a property box for changing a linetype but only a continuous, solid line is listed there.

This tool offers only linetypes which are defined (loaded) in the DWG drawing - you cannot define new ones. Add (load) your new linetypes in the standard AutoCAD version and reload the updated DWG file to the cloud. AutoCAD Mobile will then list them.
