Q - question

How to convert 3ds Max models to Autodesk Maya?

A - answer If you need to transfer your scenes and 3D models from Autodesk 3ds Max to Autodesk Maya, you can use several file formats for this conversion.

Both applications support e.g. the formats: FBX (use the latest version of the FBX plugin), DXF, 3DS, OBJ.

Just export the respective file from 3dsmax and import it in Maya.
