Q - question

How to import SketchUp 2014 (and higher) files into Autodesk 3ds Max?

A - answer Older versions of 3ds Max and Max Design support SKP files up to version 8 (SketchUp by Google).

Since Autodesk 3ds Max 2015 with Subscription Extension 2 you can also import .SKP files in the SketchUp 2014 format (SketchUp by Trimble).

3ds Max 2016-2018 imports also files in the SketchUp 2015 format.
