If you check the option "Do not show me this again" or "Always ignore" in an AutoCAD warning message, you can undo your choice in the Options dialog - OPTIONS > System tab > "Hidden messages settings" button. Check those messages that were clicked by mistake and that you want to see again (get back).

The warning dialogs are usually displayed for confirmation of the situations of the type "overwrite", "missing", "duplicate", "specify", "do not display", "not saved", "exceeded", etc.
