Q - question

How to speed up background publishing in AutoCAD?

A - answer To speed up background print and publish jobs (e.g. to PDF) in AutoCAD 2022, 2023, and higher, set BGCOREPUBLISH to 1. This enables the use of multiple CPU cores for these background tasks. The setting is stored in the Registry (in the profile).

At the same time, the system variable BACKGROUNDPLOT must be set to 2 or 3.
