Q - question

How to preview a PLT file on screen?

A - answer PLT file contains instruction for a particular plotter/printer so the preview options depend on the type of the plotter used to create the file.

If we consider the most popular type - HP DesignJet (instruction set HPGL2/HPRTL), you can view it with eg. AutoManager View (by Cyco), or shareware applications SPLOT, ViewCompanion, AutoVue, CAD Viewer, Normica or Plot File Manager.
