How to label an area in AutoCAD LT (or isolate layer, or dim arc length...)?

Functions for area labels (acreage), dimensioning of arc length, displaying (textual) point coordinates in the drawing; many enhanced layer functions (freeze by pick, isolate layer, delete layer...), autonumbering and other tools are available in LT Extension - a productivity add-on tool by XANADU (CAD Studio), compatible with AutoCAD LT98, LT2000, LT2000i, LT2002.
