How to shorten a delay in notification of Xref updates?

Set the XNOTIFYTIME environment variable. It controls the number of minutes between Xref checks (5 minutes by default).

Enter e.g.: (setenv "XNOTIFYTIME" "1")

To completely suppress bubble notification set TRAYNOTIFY to 0 (since version 2005).
