If the GROUP command in AutoCAD doesn't offer ungrouping of a group created in AutoCAD LT with the command PKFSTGROUP (-PKFSTGROUP), the reason is probably that it is an unnamed group (*An).

In the Object Group dialog, check the "Include Unnamed" option - this will make available also the unnamed (anonymous) groups in the drawing.

You can alsu use the Xanadu GRP utility which simplifies working with groups in full AutoCAD.
