When attempting to select all objects, AutoCAD displays:

_ai_selall Unknown command "AI_SELALL". Press F1 for help.

This LISP command is defined in the file ACAD2013DOC.LSP - this file should be loaded automatically in AutoCAD. Please check your support path settings.

E.g. in AutoCAD Civil 3D, this file is located in the folder:

c:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013\Support\en-us\

or e.g. in:

c:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2013\Support\cs-CZ\
