Even the "light" version of the BIM application - Autodesk Revit LT - offers the export functionality for IFC format files.

IFC in RLT

You can add the IFC export function to Revit LT 2014 with the free add-on tool from the "Autodesk Exchange Apps" appstore. Download and install IFC Exporter for Revit.
