Where can I find the download of Revit Server?

The "Revit Server" component for Revit 2013 and Revit 2012 is a part of the standard installation media. Go to "Install Tools & Utilities" on the Revit setup homepage.

Make sure you are installing Revit Server on a server computer, not your local PC workstation. It is possible to combine multiple versions of Revit Server on the same machine.
