Q - question

Dynamic label with filesize of the current DWG file.

A - answer Using a dynamic text field and the FILESIZE variable, you can display a label with the size of the current .DWG drawing file in your AutoCAD session.

Enter the field code in any text or attribute:

%<‌/AcVar Filesize \f "%by2%pr1%ps[,kB]%.1f">%

and then regenerate the drawing (even on each save). This will display the file size in kB, to one decimal place.

Or the field:

%<‌/AcVar Filesize \f "%by3%pr1%ps[,MB]%.2f">%

which will display the file size in MB, to two decimal places.
