AutoCAD Map 3D and Civil 3D do not offer the option to load JSON files as FDO connections. Therefore, neither AutoCAD Map 3D nor Civil 3D can directly import JSON or GeoJSON data through the FDO Connector.
But you can use the FME tools, or the online services for intermediate conversion of GeoJSON e.g. to Shapefile (SHP) or KML - see e.g. Mapshaper or mygeodata.cloud. You can then open the resulting SHP file in Map or Civil.
Autodesk Infraworks can use GeoJSON data/documents directly - see database connections, in the "Connect to Data Source" dialog, select Generic type and Provider = "OGR:GeoJSON".
