Q - question

How to automatically add links or comments to inserted symbols?

A - answer If you insert symbols (blocks) to your drawings from a symbol library, you can prepare such block definitions so that they include hyperlinks or textual comments. See the _BLOCK command dialog, Hyperlink (bottom left).
When you insert such block in a drawing, its link will be also inserted - and you can use it to open a specific web page or file or pause a cursor over it to display the textual comment as a yellow callout.
