Some documents are not listed in my iProject folders.

A - answer Access (and display) to some project folders in iProject can be limited by your user rights. If you cannot see only some documents in a given folder, you are probably using a folder filter (see the Filter tab). A filtered folder is indicated in your folder tree by a small funnel icon next to the folder name.

An active filter can limit displaying files (documents) of a particular type, name or files with given properties (attributes).
