CAD tip # 7151:

ERROR 2738. COULD NOT ACCESS VBSCRIPT RUN TIME FOR CUSTOM ACTION.

Either you have not enough access rights for the installation or the system component VBScript is not available. Try to re-register the DLL component of the VBscript runtime interpreter - run the command window CMD.EXE as an Administrator and enter the command:

regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll (SysWow64 for 64-bit systems)

If the registration completes successfully, retry the installation of the CAD application.

If the above mentioned process fails, use REGEDIT to delete the following registry keys:

• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{B54F3741-5B07-11CF-A4B0-00AA004A55E8}
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{F414C260-6AC0-11CF-B6D1-00AA00BBBB58}
