Error 2738 while installing Design Review.

When you install the Autodesk Design Review (ADR, or another application), the following error message is displayed:

ERROR 2738. COULD NOT ACCESS VBSCRIPT RUN TIME FOR CUSTOM ACTION.

Either you have not enough access rights for the installation or the system component VBScript is not available. Try to re-register the DLL component of the VBscript runtime interpreter - run the command window CMD.EXE as an Administrator and enter the command:

regsvr32.exe c:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll

If the registration completes successfully, retry the installation of the CAD application.
