To display a 3D model on the Autodesk Showcase screen in true dimensions, 1:1, use the function View > 1:1 Display. Calibrate your monitor first with View > Calibrate 1:1 Display. In the Calibration dialog, type in the true measured size - the distance of orange lines on your screen (in cm). True 1:1 size can be used in orthographic views.

To display your CAD data 1:1 in AutoCAD, use the tip 8794.
