Panel titles are not shown in Revit ribbon.

A - answer Titles of the individual ribbon panels are not displayed in the bottom part of the Revit ribbon:

Panel titles can be shown/hidden throught the option Show Panel Titles, accessible with mouse right-click on any ribbon panel.

Similar function is also available in AutoCAD, Inventor and other applications.
