Q - question

What are the .TFWX world files?

A - answer .TFWX files (and any world files ending with "X" - JGWX, EWWX, SDWX) contain approximate affine transformation data, when the original georeference transformation cannot be exactly expressed as affine.

Just rename this world file to .TFW (.JGW etc. - just cut-off the "X") and load/reference it with your TIFF file when you insert an image using IINSERT or GeoRefImg. This is the best approximation you can get in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Map or Civil 3D.
