Involute curves for gears.

A - answer Standard involute gear profiles (tooth curves) with many user parameters can be drawn in plain AutoCAD using the free LISP utility TrueGear.

The TrueGear application can be downloaded from Download. (copy the files to AutoCAD support path, load Truegear.lsp using Appload and run the Tooth command)
