I had a excel file with morethan 500 co-ordinates + their elevations. I like to make point in cad like survey dwg. how I can do this job. kindly help me.

Hello aqeel222, see Tip 7465 : How to import XYZ coordinates as DWG points with elevation labels?
In your case, North will be Y , East will be X and Elevation will be Z.
I suppose that the measures are in meters so set a file with the units meters and precision : 0.000
