I am currently an Engineering Manager and none of the Project Managers have ANY CAD experience. It used to not be a problem, but we are growing at a fast rate and more and more the PM's need drawings opened, converted to Pdf's, and/ or printed.

I would like to know what is the best free download to do this, that I can put on each PM's computer and teach them how to use?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
