Hello,

I am looking for suggestions as to what software will be able to "bend" or "form" either a 2D sketch or or extruded body onto the curved surface of a body.

Here is an example -
Sample

I would like to "form" the sketch into the curvature of the body in the image.   As if in real world the body was a solid object and the sketch was printed on paper and I could just lay it on the surface.  This is what I hope to achieve.

Right now I have AutoCAD and Fusion360.  I cant use either of these programs to get the desired outcome.

I would prefer to stick within the Autodesk Universe as I am most familiar there, but am open to a suggestion of any software which will do the trick.   Can you bend a sketch with Inventor?  With Solidworks?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,
can you please post the real drawing (DWG) in 3D here?
