Hello Luke23, you can contact Tadano directly, I did this once to get 2D AutoCAD file from them.
It was in 2012 for a TG500E and they asked me the serial number plate of it.
I have placed the file in the CAD/BIM Blocks library : TADANO_TG500E.dwg
It shows how I have worked the original Tadano file to do usable AutoCAD blocks + diagram.

Probably forgot he had the anti-two block over ridden, scoped er out, two blocked the ball, and over she went. Things can happen so fast.
