It seems in Windows 7 64-bit that AutoCad 2011 does not "remember" his detail settings for the type of columns in the Open File Dialog Box.

When you choose to browse files in detailed view every time is shown Date - which means date of creation, rather then Date modified.

I thing this is absolutely annoying to manually change the appearance of this Date column every time you need to open files due to their latest Date of modification.

I found something in another discussion in AutoDesk Forum:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-LT/AutoCAD-LT-2011-file-open-dialog-sort-method/td-p/2692836

Where Dean Saadallah could not really answer.

Maybe the problem is Windows-related, but no other programs suffer from such "disease".
