I am designing a piece of equipment that has a handle that moves 180 degrees that is controlled by an operator that moves multiple linkage arms that then turns a gear by 90 degrees. The issue i am having is that the assembly does not operate smoothly at all. I have ran the analyze interference multiple times on different parts and could not find anything. I have also tried different types of parts and constraints but could not fix it. Can someone with experience with Inventor 2010 take a look at the assembly that i have and troubleshoot it for me? I would greatly appreciate it as i am completely out of ideas.
