I'm looking for a program (pref FOC) which will help me create simple 2D line drawings.

The image below gives the gist of what I'm trying to achieve.

Thank you for your response.

Unless I am mistaken, there is no facility to draw lines, dims are only temporarily displayed and are only displayed in integers.

Am I missing something??
