Design Review error "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 required".

A - answer An error message may appear during the installation or start of the viewer application Autodesk Design Review 2010 and 2011: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 redistributable is required to continue with the installation.". It indicates that the current versions of the required system components are missing in your Windows OS (see also the ADR Installation Guide).

Please install the components "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1", "Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1" and "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1". All these modules can be found also on the page Download.
