With the Inventor VBA macro Export3Dsketch you can easily export endpoint coordinates of line segments of the selected 3D sketch. The resulting file with XYZ coordinates (CSV) can be opened in Excel or in other spreadsheet application.
You can download the IVB file Export3Dsketch from Download. Load it into Inventor as a project in the VBA Editor. Then run the macro with the keyboard shortcut Alt+F8. You can choose between relative (sketch origin recalculated to 0,0,0) and absolute coordinates. The exported CSV file is named after the original IPT or IAM file and it is saved to the same folder.
