Fusion 360 currently (10/2020) does not support multi-line (paragraph, line-wrapped) text in sketches - only in drawings. So it is more difficult to create e.g. vertical labels like:

N
A
S
A

But you can help yourself by creating a simple array of points (SKETCH > CREATE > Point and then SKETCH > CREATE > Rectangular array). Then you can constrain the individual letters (or lines) of your multiline text to the nodes of this array - the texts should be prepared beforehand as separate texts objects.

The procedure is illustrated in a video:

Vertical text, word-wrap, enter

NOTE: since October 2020 version you can directly use paragraph (i.e. also vertical) text in Fusion sketches.
