Q - question

How to get the hyperlink value (address) from a selected entity?

A - answer To get the hyperlink from a selected drawing entity use the following function:
(assoc -3 (entget (car (entsel)) (list "PE_URL")))
function returns nil if there is no linked address, or the linked address in the following format:
(-3 ("PE_URL" (1000 . "http://www.cadforum.cz")))
or
(-3 ("PE_URL" (1000 . "http://www.cadforum.cz") (1002 . "{")
(1000 . "http://www.cadforum.cz") (1002 . "{") (1071 . 1) (1002 . "}") (1002 .
"}")))

So a simple:

(cdr (assoc 1000 (cdadr THAT_FUNCTION)))

will give you the plain URL address.
