Why do I see smiling faces on my toolbars?
A - answer AutoCAD performs a recompilation on a new or updated MNS menu file to save the compiled resources (icons) in a .MNR file. At the compilation time the required bitmaps (.BMPs, .DLL) should be available. Make sure your bitmaps are available (in the support path) and recompile your menu (e.g. by deleting .MNR and .MNC and restarting AutoCAD, in higher versions by the MENU command and choosing the .MNU file). Can also appear when changing graphic driver color resolution.
